The Buck Norris is formally known as a Tom Collins, which is a classic summer drink, built over ice and served in a tall, slender glass, often called a Collins glass. It’s gin-based, sweet and bubbly. Buck Norris was a famously known 10-year-old Buck that lived around the residential area of Bend and parts of Central Oregon.
1 1/2 OZ Cascade Street Gin
1/2 oz Simple syrup
1/2 oz Lemon juice
Splash of soda water
Add Gin, Simple syrup, lemon juice to a shaker. Shake hard and strain into a tall collins glass. top with soda water and garnish with a cherry and a orange slice or Lime.
