Our subscription plans vary depending on whether you are a single customer, a Partner, or a Partner-in-Full.
A customer pays a yearly fee to receive various benefits from our Partners.
A Partner is a client (such as a distillery) that has agreed to support our customer(s) via a Crafted Life Membership. This Partner agrees to subscribe to this service in monthly installments for 12 months, to be renewed every following one year.
A Partner-in-Full is the same as a Partner, but agrees to purchase the subscription for the entire one year.
As of this date (December 2015) we will be shipping any physical products via our own carrier at a Flat Rate. This rate may be adjusted from time to time. To determine the current shipping cost, simply add a product to your cart and notice the current shipping rate. We try to make this rate fair to all customers.
All customer data will be protected and secured.
We realize you have a reasonable expectation of privacy of your personal information. This information includes Credit Cards, email addresses, and any other demographic information collected at the time of your Membership, Subscription, and/or Purchase(s).
We will do everything we can to meet this expectation.
Physical products may be subject to a refund based on our evaluation that the product was/is damaged during shipping, or otherwise deemed refundable.
Subscriptions and other “virtual” products, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
